These are stressful times.  Sometimes when I am in bed at night I think about a million things.  Things I’ve done wrong, words I have said that I cannot take back and the never-ending “to do” list that is always on my mind.  I’ve always envied people who go straight to sleep once their heads hit the pillow.  I don’t know how they do it.  

This fab little 6 hour tibetan music is so smooth.  So soothing.  I love it and thought I’d share it with all of you.  Enjoy!
