Hello Wonderful people. As we approach the 10,000th day of this lock down I wanted to share a few things that are making my days a bit better and not so groundhog dayish.

First I have been really good about doing a short meditation and gratitude exercise each morning. Before I get out of bed, I grab my headphones and play either a guided meditation or binaural beats meditation. I shoot for 20 mins but I am happy with whatever. Then I list, in my head, all things grateful for that pop into my mind, starting with little things like, my cozy bed, sweet ass pillows, eye mask….Things like that. I progress onto big things like my family and my health, then I state the things I am grateful for that haven’t happened yet, the things I am sending to the universe to bring my way. When I am done I have a huge smile on my face and I am ready to tackle the homeschooling, well kinda. Ha ha ha

Then I roll out my mat and do some yoga! Luckily I have a set commitment at ten am to get my buns on my mat. Its been a lifesaver. That hour of yoga is the best, I live stream it which makes me nervous but I am getting used to it. I try to just pretend I am with my students flowing through class.

These few things are definitely making me feel a little better/normal. Let me know if you guys are doing anything extra to stay positive during all this, I would love to hear from you guys.
